All Players, Including Pitchers, must wear turfs when playing in the 2019
High School All-Star Event at Troy University.
All Bull Pen & Game Mounds are turfed.
There are two ways to pay the 2019 High School All-Star Event Participants FEE:
* Players must be invited to attend the High School All-Star Event, after attending a Regional Workout.
