The ALABCA Annual Board Meeting took place at ALABCA Board Member/US Steel Governmental Liason Paul Vercher’s office at the Preserve in Hoover. ALABCA Executive Director Barry Dean (M, end of the table) facilitated the meeting, while all board members were present.
