2024 Fall High School Showcase / Underclassmen Regional Workouts

* Whom may attend an ALABCA Fall Showcase / Regional Workout?
2025 – 2029 AHSAA, AISA and Home Schooled Student-Athletes.


* Reasons to attend…..
All Participants receive their Pitching and Hitting analytics via Rapsodo.
Players attain a Rapsodo account on their own. Also 60 times and arm velo
times from their positions will be given to the participants.

All Participants recorded times will be sent to all 2-Year and
4-Year College Coaches in Alabama.

2025 Participants have until October 9, 2024 to apply for one of the
12 $1,500 Scholarships the ALABCA will award by early November.

2026 – 2029 Participants may be invited to the prestigious ALABCA
2025 June All-Star Event held at Troy University.


Workout format at each Showcase / Workout:

PO’s throw first and may leave. A PO may take BP, but will NOT be allowed to workout at a position (takes too long).

Catchers throw to 2B (because they’ve been catching pitchers they’re loose to throw).

Batting practice on the field – 10 cuts per player off of a Hack Attack, Jr.

Position Players Workout. They may workout at only ONE position.
OF’s throw 4 from RF – 2 to 3B, 2 to Home. They may leave.

INF’s: Take 5 ground balls and throw from their position. They may leave.

Time: Check-In: 12:45 p.m./ – 1:15 p.m. CST

            Showcase begins at 1:30 p.m.

You must pre-register to attend. No walk-ups.

Time: Check-In: 12:45 p.m./ – 1:15 p.m. CST

            Showcase begins at 1:30 p.m.
