Alabama Community College Sophomore Workout Schedule – Fall 2019

September 16: South Workout – Auburn University at Montgomery

September 17: North Workout – Lawson State Community College

Players Check in from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. CST, then workout

* Workout Itinerary – the same for South & North

 * 10:00 – 10:15 a.m.: Warm-Up & Stretch

           * 10:15 a.m.: Players run the 60 / While Double BP Occurs on the field – Coaches & Scouts will be given the 60 times.
                                        Once Double BP gets going OF’s will throw 3 from RF to 3B for arm strength evaluation.
                                        If the OF is a Pitcher he can wait to Pitch in the pen first, then throw from the OF.

            * After BP: Short break for Coaches/Scouts Lunch, Players will eat when they aren’t working out.
Food provided by the ALABCA.

            * Bull Pen Session: Pitcher Only’s Throw, then Pitcher Position Players

            * Any OF’s who threw in the pen would throw three from the OF to 3B now.

             * Catchers throw 4 to 2B

              * Infielders – Round of Infield
