IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER!
1) ALABCA Membership Runs from September 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026
* $75 Individual Membership for everyone.
2) 31st ALABCA Coaches Convention: December 10 – 12, 2025, Birmingham Hyatt Regency – Wynfrey Hotel.
* You must be a current ALABCA Member to attend the 2025 Convention.
3) Now – October 10, 2025: $80 Early Bird Convention Pre-Reg. Fee Per Person (+ $75 Membership).
* Must be completed online or postmarked by October 10, 2025.
4) October 11 – November 21, 2025: $100 Regular Convention Pre-Reg. Fee Per Person (+ 75 Membership).
* Must be completed online or postmarked by November 21. DO NOT mail it after Nov. 21!
5) After November 21, 2025: On-site Convention Fee Per Person is $120 (+ $75 Membership)
* School Checks, Credit Card (transaction fee added), and Cash accepted at on-site registration.
6) Up through December 3, 2025: Awards Banquet Tickets may purchased online. No walk ups or purchased tickets after this. The head count must be given to the Wynfrey Banquet Staff.
7) Head Coaches Milestone Victory / Head and Asst Coaches Years Served must must be received by Kelsay Cross, by Friday, November 21, to have ready at the Convention for presentation.

Reasons to join the ALABCA…..
* You can view the current years’ convention speaker’s videos AND all past conventions and hot stove speaker videos for FREE!
* Head Coaches who are members, their players receive a discount when they attend – Any Showcase, an Underclassmen Regional Workout and the May Unsigned High School Senior Showcase.
* Head Coaches must be a member for their Seniors to apply for an ALABCA $1,500 Scholarship.
* You must be a member to attend the Coaches Convention (plus Convention Fee).
* Head Coaches must be a current member to submit their Varsity Team and Senior Players for All-Academic recognition.

ALABCA Membership Benefits for Head High School, Travel Ball and College Baseball Coaches –
– High School players receive discounts to workouts and showcases if either their Head High School or
Travel Ball Coach is a member.
– All Coaches must be an ALABCA Member to attend the December Coaches Convention (on top of the Convention fee).
– Members receive the password to view all the past Zoom Hot Stove Sessions.
– Members receive the password to look back at the current years Convention Video Library of Speakers.
– The Head High School or Travel Ball Coach must be a member for their player who attended the All-Star Event to be able to apply for a $1,500 scholarship.
– The Head High School or Travel Ball Coach must be a member to nominate any of their JV Players (rising Freshmen and Sophomores) to attend the JV All-Star Event. This is the only way they may attend this event. There are no tryouts for it like the varsity event.
– The Head High School or Travel Ball Coach must be a member to nominate any of their Varsity Players (rising Juniors and Seniors) to attend the High School All-Star Event. If selected from their nomination, the player does not have to attend a regional workout.
– The ALABCA is a voice for the coaches to the AHSAA in helping make positive changes in the game.
